Strategic Project Coaching
Depending upon an organization’s size, and the scope and depth of their Lean Six Sigma deployment, Strategic Project Coaching may require the expertise of people that have a proven track record with identifying, selecting and executing value-based improvement projects to ensure appropriate project returns. In other situations a company may only require digital coaching as an on-the-job resource for practitioners to reference while executing projects.
When professional Master Black Belt Support is needed, they will work directly with your practitioners as a mentor and coach to ensure they fully understand the tools and methods taught in their training and apply them correctly to their Lean Six Sigma projects (whether that training has occurred live in the classroom, a blended learning environment or digitally trained). We believe that 80% of the effectiveness of a Master Black Belt consultant occurs outside of the classroom when they work directly with Black Belts and Green Belts in support of live projects.
With Digital Coaching practitioners have access to the Best Practice Coach, Keyword Search and Lean Six Sigma Body of Knowledge within MindPro. This allows your practitioners to quickly find and reference video coaching packets, summary slides and text documents relative to their inquiry by:
- searching for a tool, concept or method by known keywords
- finding a tool, concept or method by filtering by project phase, improvement task or general subject (this functionality is often helpful when the tool name, concept or method is unknown, making a keyword search difficult if not impossible)
- micro-training on a particular module as a refresher when needed
